Once payment is received, your order will be added to our processing queue. This process typically takes less than 48 business hours. Most orders are shipped via overnight courier, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided for each product:

  • In-stock items: Dispatch within 1–3 business days from when proof of payment is received.
  • Backordered items: Dispatch within 3–5 business days. These items require additional time to acquire stock from our suppliers.

Shipping and Liability

We use trusted courier services to deliver your order. However, once the package is handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. While we ensure that drivers are professional and reliable, delivery times during this phase are beyond our control.

If you encounter shipping issues, we will make every effort to assist. However, we kindly request your patience and understanding, as much of the delivery process at this stage depends on the courier service.
