That said, if you experience germination issues, we are committed to assisting you in understanding the potential causes. In certain cases, we may offer replacement seeds, though this depends on the specific seed variety, as most breeders do not extend guarantees for germination.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, such as when a product is unavailable from our supplier.
Returns
If there is an issue with your order and you wish to return your seeds, the following conditions apply:
- Returns are only accepted if the breeder packaging remains unopened.
- Once a sealed breeder pack is opened, we are unable to accept returns or provide replacements, as we cannot resell the seeds.
In the event you receive an incorrect seed pack, please contact us immediately and refrain from opening the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note, opened sealed packs cannot be returned under any circumstances.
